Unlock the potential of the BIMcollab Model WebViewer today

Have you tested our new BIM WebViewer yet? Thanks to innovative streaming technology, our team has developed a BIM WebViewer capable of handling even the largest federated models, directly in your web browser. It is one-of-a-kind!
Upload your models to BIMcollab to easily share with team members
The BIM WebViewer is now available for all Nexus and Twin spaces under the “Model tab". In Nexus you can view and evaluate issues in the context of the model right in your browser. Also Lists defined in BIMcollab Zoom can be visualized and used to filter objects in the model. You can find more information about the Model tab in our Help Center.
TIP: Is the BIM WebViewer not visible in your Nexus space? Ask your project leader to activate the BIMcollab Model WebViewer at the integrations panel.

NEW:  Instant measurements with just one click

Since our latest update, we have introduced new measurement options to our BIM WebViewer, including our revolutionary single-click laser tool! A feature that, with a single click, projects a 3-axis laser to measure the alignment of one surface and its nearest perpendicular, vertical and horizontal intersection points.

Go ahead and try it now. We promise you won't regret it!

NEW: Create Smart Issues from your IDS results

Two of the most powerful BIMcollab Zoom features now work together. With Zoom’s latest update, your IDS conflicts can now be reported as Smart Issues.

Unlike regular Issues, Smart Issues know the conflicts and elements they represent, and consequently, they can track their status without the need to re-run your conflict rules. This saves valuable time and avoids duplicate results. You can get the best of both worlds by defining your project’s requirements with IDS and ensure meeting them using Smart Issues.

NEW: IDS available for Mac Users

Great news! Zoom 7.3.6 has been released for macOS systems; a new version that includes all recent IDS validation features. Consider updating your Zoom application to start working with IDS :)

Looking for your files has never been easier

With BIMcollab Twin, you can say goodbye to your limited folder tree. Twin's spaces can be organized in a way that represents a real-life structure. With this method, you won’t have to remember a specific folder for each of your documents.
Instead, Twin administrators can recreate their project's real-life hierarchy, allowing users to look for their files by location, building, zone, and even levels! Moreover, new phases with their own spatial structure can be gradually added according to your project's progression ;)

Dropbox Integration end-of-live

Beginning March 1, 2024, we will no longer provide the Dropbox integration option in BIMcollab Nexus’ settings. But don't worry, you'll still be able to connect Dropbox folders to your projects using BIMcollab Zoom.
  • For projects with an existing integration, the Dropbox folder will remain connected to the project in BIMcollab Zoom.

Did you know...
  • The IDS palette is now available in BCF Managers for Navisworks, AutoCAD, Tekla, Standalone, and SDK?
