Support for new IFC Infrastructure classes

Zoom latest version has expanded IFC 4.3 compatibility by supporting additional classes like ifcAlignment, ifcRoad, and ifcBuiltElement. These components (especially handy for complex road and infrastructure projects) are now visible in the 3D view and Navigation trees.

Optimized access to IfcProject attributes

To help you monitor essential data like IfcProject information, since the latest Zoom update, IDS rules can be used to quickly validate IfcProject entities. Additionally, attributes, PartOf information, and Smart properties are now visible in the property panel.
Check our update release history to know more about these and other improvements added in Zoom 7.4.9
New Icons in the Navigation panel

To enhance user experience, new icons in the navigation tree have been introduced to represent shared and local models. Haven't worked with shared models before? It can bring many advantages to your team. You can find details how to do this in our Help Center.
TIP: To avoid compatibility errors with shared checking resources make sure that all team members are using the same Zoom version to prevent slow-down in team progress.

Use lists from Zoom in Nexus Model WebViewer

By sharing your project's list results from Zoom, you can display them alongside your model in Nexus with just a click on the list panel from the Model tab. It's that easy! You can use this feature to run instant takeoffs, filter elements, or even perform real-time validations.
