Link real Asset Data to BIM components in BIMcollab Twin!

Since the last BIMcollab Twin update, users can now attach documents directly to IFC components from the BIM WebViewer. This new option allows users to select 3D objects from their models and easily link relevant documents stored in BIMcollab Twin.

Merge the physical and digital worlds!
Check out some key benefits of document linking:
  • Efficient documentation: Attach according to your project phase, permit documentation, design documents or even maintenance manuals to specific model components.
  • Streamlined workflow: Ensure critical information is instantly accessible right where it’s needed in the model.

Quick and precise measurements using the BIMcollab WebViewer

In every construction project, precision matters, and having the option to gather reliable model information anytime, from nearly anywhere, is a game changer! Depending on your needs, you can choose between Point-to-point, Laser, or Coordinate measurement in the BIMcollab WebViewer.
All options provide a straightforward way to obtain dimensions without ever having to leave your project.

Don't waste time looking for the right components!

Make use of the search bar in BIMcollab Zoom to instantly isolate components you need based on their propertiesSimply type the property values you are looking for, by default, BIMcollab Zoom will search within the Summary Tab, but you can use these commands to refine your search and find the exact elements you need:

Search in summary: < value>
Search in property sets: /ps < value >
Search in visible elements: /vi < value >
Search in My view: /mv < value >
Search case sensitive: /cs ‹value >

Convenient, isn't it? Access our Help Center to learn about all the additional features BIMcollab Zoom offers.
TIP: Quickly isolate models by adding custom prefixes and using the search bar to filter them.
